Piers Hill was called to the Bar in 1987.
Piers advises and represents our clients in commercial litigation, international arbitration and Chancery Court matters. His commercial and chancery work includes a specialist practice in property and trusts related disputes. As well as litigation work, Piers frequently advises and assists our clients in alternative dispute resolution and non-contentious matters such as advising on the drafting of trust deeds and commercial agreements.
Piers has the uncanny ability to assess a case and its merits and to grasp extremely complex issues promptly and without fuss. He gives meticulous attention to detail with painstaking analysis of documentation and evidence. This, along with a calm disposition, clear-thinking and approachability makes Piers an excellent choice particularly when dealing with cases of considerable complexity and unduly difficult opponents.
